Bought my hot tub from Wessex Spas in April 2021 and all my interactions with them have been amazing. The initial purchase was straightforward but I have been most impressed with the service afterwards. Mark is always happy to give advice on hot tub maintenance and care and has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to ensure things are working properly - even though it is out of warranty now. 5 star service from a thoroughly professional and friendly company
Wonderful customer service!! The owner is SOOOO helpful!! He happily had a half an hour conversation with me explaining everything about my hottub as I have just got it secondhand and was feeling lost. He gave great advice and was really helpful! I unfortunately couldn't make it in that day but i will defiantly be going back on Monday (it's Saturday today) and buying some products.
Mark was brilliant and gave me some brilliant advise. Could not recommend enough.
