To my embarrassment I was late for my appointment but Dr Middle was completely understanding as to why and, fortunately, could still see me. The consultation was as one would wish: relaxed, informative followed by good advice. The next time I need to see a GP it is Dr Middle I would choose.
Dr Tham was brilliant, he listened to me and didn't make me feel like I was losing my mind. Thank you for giving me hope and making me understand what was going on with my body.
We had an excellent experience overall, starting with a prompt initial reply followed by a phone call by our doctor herself. There was a choice appointments and, on the day, we were warmly greeted with coffee and there was no waiting. During the appointment, everything was clearly explained, and as my mum didn't have English as her first language, we were put at ease throughout.
