Wessex drains were appointed 4 years ago by our insurance company to carry out pitch pipe repairs to our property. Their service was first class and I had no hesitation in instructing them again to carry out a complicated mapped survey that could be evidenced in court. Their engineer, Leroy, carried out a very detailed video survey and mapping to our bespoke requirements. Amanda coordinated all aspects of the project and was a friendly and professional throughout the job.
Miguel came to quote for a flat roof replacement. After assessing the existing roof and understanding our leaking issue in more detail he explained that replacing our roof would be a nice job for him but he was not convinced it would solve our problem ! He returned to site with his drainage expert and conducted a full day of video and technical analysis of all our rainwater drainage from the roof to the soakaway and our foul water drainage, so that we had a complete picture of what is going on.
