Was not made aware of tenant protection insurance until after we rented unit. Tried to charge us additional 12.00 if we did not provide insurance.
It’s a place to store your stuff, but it’s way out in the boondocks and there’s no cameras no security and your stuff can get stolen easily

Storage units are new and looking great. The property is well lit at night. Great price. $60 a month. With an end of the year 2023 discount of $10 off the first 3 months.
