We had to fire that attorney over our parents Trust and Steve was super helpful in taking over and seeing it through to the end. When our mother passed, he was with us every step of the way helping facilitate the transaction. He answered our questions and was good at getting back to us within a reasonable timeframe. I started off thinking I could handle probating my dad's estate by myself - ha! I was introduced to Andrew at month 3 of trying to get myself named as the Administrator and hired him right away. Save yourself the time/frustration of going it alone. Andrew took care of all the heavy lifting and made sure the process ran smoothly. He was also very responsive to emails and calls, which was so appreciated with this whole process being so new to me. Highly recommend!
My family is HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and DISSATISFIED with the work this law firm has done for us. Bad communication, providing false information, inaccurate completion of documents and other countless examples of poor ethics and workmanship has lead us to these feelings. We have been working with this firm for one and a half years and our work is not completed, even though the firm has been paid in full.
