I unfortunately cannot recommend this Law firm. I used them to sell a rental property that closed 10/2024 at the recommendation of my realtor. Their communication leading up to the sale was poor at best. I did not feel that this was a priority to them - I had to reach out several times to plan a time to sign documents and needed to ask a number of questions before I felt that anything progressed. My fiancé and I are very happy we were referred to Wesolowski Law Group during the process of buying our first home. Kristin Frye was absolutely amazing to work with and we would both highly recommend their real estate attorney services to anyone!
Absolute worst experience with this attorney while closing our deal. He over charged us and also after several phone calls and e-mail doesn’t respond. He directed his receptionist to not forward our calls neither to get back to me. It’s been almost two months we are stuck on an answer and he charged us for that service. There are several other things which we raised concern with Bar association of Erie county
Extremely unprofessional and not responsive at all. Also, he charges for the work that he never did.
Worst service ever! Completely unprofessional and overcharged me without providing a price beforehand. They wrongfully billed me for items that were never reviewed, and to this day, I still haven’t received the information they charged me for. If I could give 0 stars, I would. There are plenty of good attorneys out there—do yourself a favor and avoid this law firm’s services. You’ll thank me later! Let me know if you’d like any changes.
