I called them to see if a plumber could make one modification on a new Hotwater Heater line on a Reem hot water heater, I bought from Home Depot. The woman that took my call said, " Thats not a quality hot water heater, we don't work on them". I simply needed a line increased in length by .5 inches I got another plumber who did excellent service in the same day for $138.00 that I was happy to pay.
