It's like Cheers, but weirder... – Ah Wesley's, my favorite little place downtown. Decent prices, unpredictable atmosphere and not so dangerous as another review would have you think. As far as I know the only bouncers at Wesley's are the bartenders and they're more likely to call the cops than they are to get involved. Anyway, it's a comfortable atmosphere, very casual. On the weekends they like to have bands come in and 9 out of 10 times there is no cover.
Avoid Dangerous – We went to this bar late and was enjoying a good band.The music was good however the other patrons and the staff seemed rude.I saw a fight outside where one guy was getting beat up out front by four other people, one of which was the bouncer.At the end of the night a member in our party was in an argument with a girl but we all left the bar most everyone was in the car when a mob of people smashed 2 windows on the vehicle with a night stick and then they pulled out the guy, that was arguing earlier,through ... read more
Best place to be downtown – Wesley's is hands down the best place to go out in Toledo. Everytime I have been there, the bartenders and patrons were very friendly. Saturdays and Sundays are great for watching football and having a great time.
