Dr Brown and his staff did a awesome job!
Communication is Awful! I have been finished with Everything and am waiting to schedule for Several Months now! I call they say they’re missing things from my Dr. I speak to my Dr. He says they’ve sent Everything In, But he will have his Nurse call. My Dr.’s office has called 7x’s and gotten Nowhere! They leave msgs and No one calls back! I’ve left msgs again! No one is returning any calls!
I had surgery 11/11/19. I went with this program because of the extra support I was told this program had. They don't care about you after the fact. They use excuses and give you no help after, when you really need it. I do not recommend this program.
