Minimal communication, no true support, lack of resources. Although it's slightly longer, you are better off utilizing the Ascension Bariatric program for well rounded communication, support groups and answers to common questions regarding the surgery process.
Communication does not even exist! I have tried over 2 months...emailing, calling, texting and get 0 feedback. I am going to end up having to restart my months of insurance requirements and thousands spent due to their lack of professionalism and ability to do the one thing I came to them for...
Much the same as others, communications is brutally bad! I have called over 6 weeks and left at least 7 messages and have received no call back to confirm where I stand in the process of surgical readiness.
Dr Brown and his staff did a awesome job!
Communication is Awful! I have been finished with Everything and am waiting to schedule for Several Months now! I call they say they’re missing things from my Dr. I speak to my Dr. He says they’ve sent Everything In, But he will have his Nurse call. My Dr.’s office has called 7x’s and gotten Nowhere! They leave msgs and No one calls back! I’ve left msgs again! No one is returning any calls!
