Very pleasant on your first visit. When you sign contract things change. Staff very unpleasant over phone ones you are patient there and have no choise, because you paid for the braces. Doctor is working one day in the week in Fort Gratiot, very difficult to make an appointment. My son was saying how some of assistants were very rough, hurting him when they were working on the braces.
Great office. Zero waiting.
The women that work there are great and very nice! The doctor himself is very rude!! Very aggressive in your mouth. While taking my braces off he never once let me take a break, even when I gagged over the smell of the tools and the sensitivity pain. He just proceeded to tell me DONT MOVE or you’ll really feel pain. If you want to feel cared for or your anxiety with the dentist offices are bad I would never recommend this place.
Alex Holke is rude and unprofessional I’ll let everyone I know to not come here just because of the experience I’ve had with her
