Shout out to the staff in memory care. They exceeded our expectations! Special thanks to George and Jerri. Everyone was great. Clinton, his assistant, sorry her name escapes me at the moment,even those that did the cleaning. The Lord has a special blessing for you I am sure. Mom has been moved to health care recently and you are a hard act to follow.
My mother received uncompromising care for the year and a half she was there. They treated her like they would to their own family, with dignity and respect. Thank you!
BIG thank you to the staff at memory care. My mother was treated with kindness and respect. I am grateful. The whole staff was always happy to help and go the extra mile. The unit was clean and the patients were also. There were plenty of activities and things to do. Trusting someone else to take care of family is not an easy choice but these memory care staff stepped to the plate and I am very thankful!
My mom lives in the nursing center memory care unit. She is very happy and tells me so each week when I see her. She also says,"they are so good to me here!" This is an awesome place and we are blessed that there was an available bed when we needed it. Lots of staff who have been there for years. Residents are family to the staff and are treated as such.
