St. Matthew’s Manor in Humboldt has been going downhill for 5-7 years. Managers coming & going. This place isn’t being managed properly. They have had no hot water for 1.3 years now. There are other things that need to be looked in to legally. I highly don’t recommend this place. May not get your deposit back too
