Friendly service, but be WARNED, they will screw you over in submitting claims to your insurance. Not only did they not submit the claims correctly after I instructed them repeatedly on how to submit, they sat on it for over a year, so insurance wont cover. AND they are refusing any discount, even the portion insurance did pay for. They're charging us the full price, when they quoted us half (the remaining to be paid by insurance). Dr. Hanson is one of the most caring and gentle dentists I have ever had the privilege to meet. He and Darla White, his hygienist, have created a loving and caring environment for the patients they treat. I commute from West of Port Angeles to Poulsbo to attend this clinic, which shows, in measure, how I feel about the care I have received there.
