Changing PCP's I picked Dr. Penn from a long list of Dr's at BRC and I think I made a great choice! Dr. Penn took ample time to learn about me, understand my needs, and develop a plan. He is so easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and thorough, and I left feeling like I was in excellent hands.
