I was told I'd be starting a program. Given a date and time. Numerous calls over numerous days and no one responds or picks up calls. Given a lame and unprofessional excuse that the hospital was sold and things changed. That was months ago. Mark never calls back. Benjamin barely speaks English. Excuses after excuses after excuses. This place should be closed and employees charged with neglect.
They pick and choose patients. There is no accountability and they don't respect privacy.
THIS IS NOT A HOLISTIC PERSON CENTRED HOSPITAL. I have been trying to get in for over a month now and because my carer for cockatoo fell through so i missed my admission date yesterday, I tried to go in the following day, and was told I needed to wait 5 days as the psyc isn't available today even though my appointment was for today. The whole admissions process is ridiculous. Kath is rude and hangs up mid sentence.
