Dr. Hicks called me and informed me that the results of my tests were all good. He said that his office would inform me of my next appointment this summer. He did a great job.
This is the second time we had an appointment via phone. The first time no one called and when I called to find out why I was told they had to reschedule the appointment. When rescheduling i confirmed a couple time that Roswell had the correct phone number. The new appointment was for 3:30 in the afternoon and they called the wrong number at 9:30 in the morning and had nothing to share that wasn’t on the portal.
