What a crock. I was never given any orientation materials, and my concerns were never addressed. They did not even know I was just there to discuss the Warthin's tumor until I mentioned it. I was not there to make him my Ent doctor. I was told to go there to discuss the Warthin tumor, that's it, and I was never asked if I had an Ent doctor.
