I like the dental clinic but I have not been happy with them as primary care. It takes a long time to get an appointment and then the doctor tells me on my appointment she doesn’t have time to cover all my health concerns and I’ll have to come back in 2.5 months. She also couldn’t diagnose my primary health concern and just shrugged. Always a great experience. The staff are amazing from the front office to the back office & the doctors are amazing too.
I have NEVER had even a simple experience here without a time consuming issue, or a devastating lack of communication. You can call and spend two hours on hold just for your call to drop the second they answer. Don’t even get me started on trying to get my cancer diagnosis through this place. That was a nightmare I’ll never forget, and that’s putting it lightly. This is the most professional, caring dentist I've ever been to. They are very welcoming and the office is very clean. I don't have to wait long to be seen and the Doctor and Dental Assistant do an amazing job. Thank you so much Wesley Dental. I really appreciate you.
