Extremely rude and disrespectful to elderly patients. I would not recommend this clinic. My father is a patient here, and while a few staff members have treated him with kindness and respect, many have been dismissive and unprofessional. Elderly patients deserve patience, compassion, and dignity. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the way patients are treated.
Every visit I’ve had with Dr.Jones has been great. However, trying to get ahold of this office is literally impossible. I’ve had to call over & over again since November last year just to make sure the nurses or whoever is in charge of submitting pre authorizations to my insurance actually gets done. & Every time I spoke to Brianna through the nurses extension she had little to no energy and sounds like she hates her job.
O if I could. This place is something else , was actually there 3 hours, got there 2:15 got out 5:10 pm. I was able to see the doctor finally for about 25 minutes was there because my shoulder is hurting !! He talked for me the 99% just of himself and his life omg 😳 plus they scheduled me for everything so they can make money I need to cancel all my appointments
