In a situation like this, there will be positives and negatives at every turn. I chose to trust the folks at Wesley Financial and I'm glad I did. They were transparent in the terms of the contract as far as cost, time it "could" take to get a resolution, and what would happen if they weren't able to get me out of my timeshare.
