Wesley Eckles’ State Farm on 6161 Greenwood Rd is the best State Farm in the whole Shreveport/Bossier area. When I say the customer service is A1, it’s A1. The whole team is the best but I have to give a shout out to Ms.Krystal and Ms.Courtney, they handle everything with no problem or hesitation. They made sure I understood everything pertaining to my car and life insurance. Thanks, Nigel
