Dr Dennis was very kind and patient with me. He reviewed everything and listened to me. Staff were also very friendly.
I was being seen by another sleep specialist before a friend recommended Dr. Dennis. Well, I was seen by the revolving door of NP/DR/ETC under another specialist. The turn over rate over there was bad and I felt like I had to start over every time and I wasn't getting proper treatment. Also, trying to get anything done with the office staff was nearly impossible. Maybe they'll answer the phone. Maybe the paperwork will be sent and if it was, it wasn't correct. No rush. He took his time discussing my problem and then resolved it. I couldn’t be more pleasef
This doctor will answer all your questions and help you with any anxiety over sleep studies or sleep educations, or medicines. This Dr. never pushed me to do a sleep study knowing I had already had one, was willing to try again, and never once has his staff been rude or misleading. I have been seeing him for ten years or more and value speaking with him when needed. Very awkward appointment. I felt like he did not listen to what I said. Same questions asked multiple times that were not applicable to the situation. Lengthy paperwork but he did not review and asked some of the same information. When I mentioned the information was in the notes he said he would get to it. Visit was 45 minutes but nothing productive came from the visit. He took a lot of time with me as a new patient but his bedside manner is not what I prefer.
Office staff weren’t wearing masks and are not overly friendly. Not impressed at all.
