The therapy side of this place is awesome and the staff are all amazing but when it comes to Brinkley and his side of the operation he is very unprofessional and talks down to his patients and got really mean and borderline was bullying my girlfriend because she didn’t understand how to use the zoom call. I would only recommend therapy if you need meds see a PCP or a real Psychiatrist not just a pill pusher that don’t try to understand their patients
All the staff were not wearing masks but still enforcing patients to wear them. Even the "doctor" (nurse practitioner) was not wearing one. Also, I understand it's a free clinic but they really don't do anything for you.
Went with family member that has no insurance for a check up and they couldn't have been nicer. I wish I could go there too but I have insurance. Honestly, that's how nice they are. I would highly recommend! Would give 10 stars but can only go to give on review.
