They showed up with new heavy equipment large shrubs. (In the past they did the job manually). This was a repeat of a job they had done before, not new to them. Unfortunately they didn't take care to drive the equipment carefully and they did substantial damage to our yard. They then didn't finish the pruning job and left our shrubs damaged and partially completed with debris in my neighbors yard, our yard, in the shrubs themselves.
