I’ll be reporting to insurance and medical board as well. The communication with this office is terrible. You must follow up constantly and consistently! It’s insane I have to go days without medication because no one communicates. I am assuming why the previous DR. Left. If I need an office visit fine but no one seems to know what is going on. If they miss things what else are they missing? BEWARE!!
All the personnel at the office are very cordial and helpful.
