UPDATE: I was given a call back after 8 hours from the on call specialist. While she was extremely helpful I wish I had been connected with earlier. We’re going to continue to do another check-in this afternoon on my child. Dr. Shah has called me at 11 AM to connect and reassure me that this has been corrected. Always a pleasant experience and great conversation. Dr. Shah always takes time to talk to me and I never feel rushed.
Hugh's visit with Dr. Shah on 06/04/2026 was very good. Dr. Shah was patient and compassionate as he went through the recommendations for Hugh's continued care.

We started going to this practice when we first moved to the area in mid 2025. I HIGHLY recommend do not visit this location if you value your families health. From the front desk receptionist being rude every single interaction to never having been able to see the actual doctor for myself , my husband or our two toddlers despite requesting this. We also had a nasty encounter with the front desk employee which led my husband to take my toddler to the ER due to the receptionist making it sound that we weren’t going to be seen... read more
