The service here is beyond awful. I have been trying to get ahold of service team member after many calls and many employees telling me “we will give you a call back” and I haven’t heard from anyone. I have to jumpstart my car EVERY DAY and this an urgent matter - all I need is to repair an item on the inspection report I received from them. They had no problem charging me the diagnostic fee but I can’t get ahold of them to do the actual repair that needs to be done? Absolutely unacceptable.
