I bought my first Harley here about a year ago. Having a Harley is so different than having a sport bike and I love it. When I bought my bike it was like a party! They made me feel welcomed as if I was part of a new family. Today that feeling of family was reinforced when Matt C. (Service Advisor) went above and beyond to help me. I’ve been in the car industry for a long time now. I made an inquiry to sell my bike. Now I did ask the salesperson Natalie to transfer me to a manager since I needed specific instructions to help me in my circumstances. Unfortunately someone passed away and the bike was apart of probate, I asked the Manager Alex to send me an appraisal value on the bike so I could give that information over to my attorney to proceed the process in order for me to sell the bike.
