Doctor himself is alright but his nurses namely Elisabeth is quite rude. Not the first time I’ve dealt with her. I’ve seen DR Marshall for 10 plus years but because my insurance allowed me to see whoever I’d take first available appointments the last few times. Because of this reason she got quite snotty and told me that I am no longer his patient. Told me that insurance doesn’t check to see if they are taking new patients. I'm a disabled veteran using tri-west. Dr. Marshall decided to bill the government 1100 dollars for a general appointment, not including the blood work. He then will proceed to say "I'm not writing unnecessary referrals to specialist, I'm not wasting the goverments money" then proceed to order a 3k dollar mri to make sure of the issue.
