I'm a disabled veteran using tri-west. Dr. Marshall decided to bill the government 1100 dollars for a general appointment, not including the blood work. He then will proceed to say "I'm not writing unnecessary referrals to specialist, I'm not wasting the goverments money" then proceed to order a 3k dollar mri to make sure of the issue.
