As a female, I dread going to car repair shops because I don’t know much about cars and usually get pushed to get things my car doesn’t need or talked down to a little bit. My experience with Wesley Automotive was far from that. As soon as I walked in, they were so kind, respectful/polite, and really explained things to me. I appreciated their honesty and communication. I will definitely keep using this shop moving forward and would recommend to anyone needing car repair services.
I went to Wesley Automotive for a breaks replacement. Not only did they get the job done quickly, they also helped me out with a few smaller issues I had been worried about. This was one of the best repair experiences I've ever had. If you need break work I would give this shop a try.
Keith and his team did a great job with my BMW. He communicated regularly throughout the process and worked directly with my auto warranty company around reimbursement. I'm very pleased with the work received and the great customer care.
