Bathroom / showers on property, but office personnel closed it permanently instead of fixing leak so it will be accessible for residents. We residents are so badly in need of the use of the bathrooms / showers I'm hoping the owner reconsiders putting them back in service. Horrible place to rent your trailer, the woman in the front office are unprepared for any situation, they may help you look for a spot but they will not tell you beforehand what is needed . If you are looking for a place that will actually help you find what your looking for this isn't the place
THIS PLACE IS A VERY QUIET PLACE, WITH NEIGHBORS THAT KEEP TO THEMSELVES & PARK WORKERS WHO KEEP IT CLEAN ALL AROUND!!! PARK IS CLOSE TO HOSPITAL, POOL PAD, STORES, RETAURANTS, ETC.
BEEN HERE SINCE FEB. 2018 & UP UNTIL NOW, PARK IS QUIET & OFFICE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, JUST WISH THE PARK ENTRANCE OFF OF BRIDGE HAD OPEN ACCESS RATHER THEN CHAINS BLOCKING OFF ENTRANCE TO THE 500 THRU 900 TRAILERS, BUT OTHER THEN THIS, OUTDOOR MAINTENANCE IS VERY WELL KEPT UP, TRASH COLLECTIONS ON TIME & PEACEFUL AREA!!
