Very rude. These people put themselves in too much of a high place and treat people really ugly. Horrible service, no knowledge on what they are doing. They're getting paid to do nothing. Irma is a horrible person who does not want to work there. Even yawning and sounding annoyed at answering 1 question. How are they even still there?
Spoke to Vivian and she answered all my questions. She seems very knowledgeable and took the time to listen. Unlike neighboring housings that think they are "above" the rest of us in need.
Please don’t have a website open for new applications on housing or section 8 if you aren’t actually calling people. I have been on the waitlist for years. how does my friend get called before me and she applied 1 year after me?
