We've been bringing our cats and dogs to Weslaco Animal Clinic for years and have always had good experiences. Our pets are happy, the staff is always professional and helpful, and Dr. Ruiz is great with the animals and with us. She is thorough with her examinations and tells us what all of our options are -- and she explains what the pros and cons are in ways that I can understand.
I had a very frustrating experience at this business. While the doctors are fine and the prices are reasonable, the communication and customer service leave a lot to be desired. They have a specific protocol for how things are done, but none of it is posted online or clearly explained when you call. For example, when you ask for an estimated arrival time, they simply tell you to call when you get there. I definitely recommend Weslaco Animal Clinic, I’m a busy mom with kids and pets at home. If you’re looking for convenience , affordability and fast service this is your place. I don’t go anywhere else. This is the place for me. Thanks Jessica and Ray.
Extremely satisfied with Weslaco Animal Clinic! Initially brought one of our family cats here to get neutered and after the first visit, we didn’t hesitate to bring our second cat for the same service. The procedure went very well, great communication. I appreciate the service being provided! 🙏🏽
