As always very caring and knowledgeable. Dr.Jessica and Rey care about our pets and treat them with respect and care. I will always reccommend them to anyone that wants a vet and staff that love their patients as much as I do. Thank you for always being there for us and our babies .when we need them they are always there. Thank you.
Attempt to help or hear a potential customer out instead of referring them to another Vet. Staff at hand has little to no care in conducting business with any new customers. It's honestly a shame since my fiance and I believe The Vet from this location is one of the best in the valley.
Business response:
We have signs posted at our facility that we are bombarded with calls from people all over the RGV. There is no way that we can simply keep up with the demand, and also considering other vets have closed their doors or stopped seeing new patients all together. We are trying everything we can.

I had rescued a homeless boy who was in very bad shape. Dr. Ruiz made him healthy and handsome again 😍😍💙 staff is amazing and very kind!

Long post warning! Sonny was bit or stung by something yesterday evening. I started him on benadryl for the swelling to his eyes and ear. This morning I decided to take him in, just to make sure it didn't get worse. As I was signing in (sonny's been there before), Rey,the man behind the counter,aka the office manager, aka a vet technician.... asked what he was coming in for.
