I've been trying for days to get a hold of someone and the calls go directly to voice mail and then the voice mail is full so I cant even leave a message. Online it says open 24 hrs a day but I went by yesterday and it was closed. Isn't this city funded? Why is there no one to help? I understand the problem we have of strays in the rgv but whats the point of having this location if no one is ever there to help? This is the 2nd bad experience I have with this place.
