BEWARE!!!! If you have an account with this credit union........your money is not safe here! They allow people to steal money out of your account and refuse to return it!!!! They don't care who did it, or how it was done they just put it off as your loss! They say they will look into it and call you back.......well they don't call you back! I had my account info stolen and they would not give me my money back. Im about to say screw it and to another credit union the only way ill stay is if they put my money back in my account
I'm not sure why I continue to bank with this pitiful institution. I have never walked out of this credit union feeling like my business was properly handled. As a customer of 15+ years, always in good standing, EVERY SINGLE time I do any business with this bank (other than deposit) it has to be followed up with a manager to fix whatever problem the employee has now made worse.
