I paid $1,750 to WeShipCarsUSA to ship my car and waited almost a month, only to eventually cancel because they couldn't get a carrier. I was given multiple dispatches and told drivers were lined up, but they kept falling through. I repeatedly explained that I don't have another car and couldn't get to San Jose. I paid this company in full to ship my car and the service was never provided. They missed the scheduled pickup, the driver they sent refused to wait a short time while I finished work, and after that they stopped meaningfully responding. I gave them a clear deadline to either complete the pickup or arrange an alternative and they provided no answer. Shipped my 99 Toyota Tacoma from Virginia to Wisconsin. Weshipcars provided the lowest quote and they had respectable ratings, So we chose to go with them rather than a competitor. It took longer than the five day date range to have a carrier assigned to my vehicle; however, the representative offered some suggestions to increase marketability.
