Highly recommend Sparkle Cleaning Team! The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the team did a fantastic job with our end-of-lease cleaning. Everything was cleaned to a very high standard, and our bond was returned without any issues. Great service and a very professional team!
Very unprofessional and disappointing service. The cleaning quality was consistently poor, the floors were often left sticky, as if the mop water was never changed or the mop wasn’t cleaned properly. Despite trying to support and work with them, the service never improved. To make matters worse, they gave us virtually no notice before stopping their service, leaving us to find a replacement at the last minute.
