Highly recommend Sparkle Cleaning Team! The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the team did a fantastic job with our end-of-lease cleaning. Everything was cleaned to a very high standard, and our bond was returned without any issues. Great service and a very professional team!
Very unprofessional and disappointing service. The cleaning quality was consistently poor, the floors were often left sticky, as if the mop water was never changed or the mop wasn’t cleaned properly. Despite trying to support and work with them, the service never improved. To make matters worse, they gave us virtually no notice before stopping their service, leaving us to find a replacement at the last minute.
Terrible service would never ever use them or their products or services. Come out to clean my oven, didn’t even clean it properly and broke the glass on my oven door. Keep telling me it’s been ordered and it’s going to be fixed that has been going on for four weeks now been waiting on a call back every day only to be told the same thing that someone will call me. Would never ever use their services or recommend to anyone.
Amazing service. Our high-traffic hallway carpets were heavily discolored and dull. The steam cleaning pulled out years of deeply embedded dirt. Cleaner Kiran was professional, fast, friendly and very careful with our furnitures.
