Last Saturday afternoon my Liftmaster garage door remained locked, with car inside. I called Steve Wescott who had installed the system 15 years ago. He came to the house promptly, provided a temporary fix then completed the repair at my convenience two days later. He is supremely capable, trustworthy, conscientious, reasonably priced. If ANYONE in the Dover, Portsmouth, NH or southern Maine region needs garage installation or repair I urge all to immediately call this wonderful man.
Had Steve come out to tighten a pulley that came loose, he did that quickly and said the springs should probably be changed as well, he gave me a price I paid him upfront and he told me he would be back the next day (Thursday) or Saturday depending on his schedule. got a quote, they showed up when they said they would, did what they said and charged what they said. Price was very fair and they even fixed an opener I had thay wasn't working right. A family run operation, I won't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others. Great job and thank you!
If this is a real company they have awful AI-generated photos - they don't even spell the "business" name correctly. The street location given is a medical building, so that seems strange, too. I suggest trying somewhere else!
Steve was very prompt and professional in changing one of my garage door panel and was pretty reasonably priced compare to other agencies I checked with.
