Wescott BBQ has fantastic food and amazing owners, as well as staff. I first tried their Pulled Pork at a retirement party for a friend. The owner was working the food truck that evening for Rexco’s party, making the experience very personal, going above and beyond. I recently hired Wescott Barbeque to cater an event of about 75 people, and they absolutely delivered. The food was outstanding across the board. The brisket was tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked, and the shredded chicken was just as impressive; juicy and well-seasoned.
