There is no direct number to the branch, I needed to talk to someone to see if my ATM card was left it in the ATM machine. I had to call the 888 number and was on hold , while on hold it disconnected!! TWICE!!! Both times I was on hold for over 20 min....
This rating is more for Wescom's legal team. I could tell this was the first time the branch manager had probably done a power of attorney so I can't blame him entirely for my experience. However, I spent an hour and a half at this location trying to get a power of attorney so I could help my father with his financial obligations while he's recovering from a stroke. I went in to open a new account and I left feeling beaten up. The office closes at 6pm. I arrived around 5:37 and they told me that everything closed down at 5:30 and declined to help me and open an account for me. There were 4 employees in there and only one of them was working. They appeared uninterested and made me very uncomfortable. I asked for the manager and was overwhelmed by the repugnant unkempt unprofessional appearance of the female manager with the same unconcerned discusting attitude. Monique is not knowledgeable of Wescom policies. I think she should be taught how to express Wescom policies without displaying a condescending attitude. Thanks to one of the seasoned employees I was able to receive what I needed even though she denied me very rudely. It was not that Monique denied me but, her delivery that sucked.
