I’m writing this review for my blind disabled friend. Today he had the worst experience ever with Wescom. He spoke to the teller that he needed to change his email address, for 30 mins the bank teller refused to help even though I did all the verifications. I told her that I cannot go to the bank and needed to do it over the phone and a video appointment was offered.
