Each and every time I've tried calling Wescos direct number provided and the automated answering service gives you the option to choose to speak with a counter salesman and or sales associate, the phones just ring. Terrible customer service. You can never get ahold of anyone. Edges, Rexel, CED will now handle all of my future business.
WESCO is the top supplier and works with all the shops and GCs and firms involved on the highest level projects. The whole team top to bottom is filled with hard working and knowledgeable staff, do not believe the 1 stars. They are 5 stars and beyond!
Worse customer service I ever experienced, the dude in the counter feels like is intentionally trying to do not sell
