The worst company ever to deal with. They take month before you get your money for a claim and they barely pay anything after I paid them $3000 My car fixing bill came out to be $1500 this shitt@ company only try paying $175 and most of my fixing parts was part of they warranty and they still only paid $175. My dealership told me he deals with a lot of extended warranty companies and this is the worst one he has ever seen. Terrible business Horrible rates No one answers calls or emails When I tried to cancel my policy with them they said my signature wasn't sufficient, and I had to redo. This was at the end of the month so they happily sent another bill. Just try anyone else first!
Very unprofessional in handling a claim of mine on a vehicle. It took 15 days for me to get a response but the moment I started taking down names and asking to speak to managers they started working. Bought an extended warranty through them on a vehicle had taken care of some repairs without getting prior authorization and sent them the receipt about reimbursement but they refused to do anything. Horrible to put it best. They just sell insurance and do nothing else. If you file a claim consider your process thrown into the circular file. One of the Owners Rick was informed that I was reporting them to the Attorney General's Office and he replied "good he's a friend of mine". WOW stay clear of these clowns.
