Scott and his team provide excellent customer service. I had an unfortunate situation happen after I had placed an order for a piece of glass. Scott was very understanding about my situation with a contractor and helped me out greatly. I will definitely use their services again without hesitation.

A closing condition for the sale of our house was to repair two windows. Timing was very tight. I explained what was required to Scott and his team and they were amazing. Incredibly responsive, and professional. Using their experience and knowledge to overcome some tricky repair obstacles and then expedite the order of replacement glass and parts to ensure completion before closing. A definite Five Star business that I would highly recommend to anyone.

If I could rate them a 6*, I would. Someone broke our bedroom window and robbed us blind while we were out of town for my grandpa's funeral. Because everything sucks, our furnace was also busted, so having a smashed window wasn't exactly ideal. Receptionist was incredibly kind and went out of her way to get us an appointment (we'd called 6 other places and all were booked for the next 2-5 days!). I might have cried. We called and emailed this company to come and do an estimate on a single pane of exterior glass. Once the estimate came in, it took over a month for them to order the single piece of glass and book and installer to come and install it. When he came he didn’t bring trim which was in the estimate. It’s been three weeks and they are still waiting for simple acrylic trim. Great service! We had a broken patio door where the glass has sunk away from the frame. WesCo glass responded to our inquiry promptly and sent out a technician to check it out. (Other companies we called declined to do that, and only offered approximate quotes over the phone without even seeing the door). WesCo was very accommodating in setting up after hours appointment for the estimate and for the actually repair which was a great relief because it meant I didn't have to take time off work.
