Customer service was excellent. Brett helped me find the cutoff wheels I was looking for. Store was on the hot side a/c needs to be looked at but other than that everyone was friendly.

I've been buying from these guys for 4 years and while the service has always been pretty bad, it's convenient for me so I tolerated it. Today was the last straw. Extremely rude service. Price gouging. Unwillingness to lift a finger to help the customer. When you walk in the door they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I refuse to put up with it anymore.
