They deserve negative stars. My delivery appointment on my rate conformation was from 7-3pm. I showed up at 5am to see if there was parking and they said come back at 8. I left and had a hard time finding anywhere to park till 8, but I was able to find a place at 5:30 am when there was no traffic behind Lowe’s. Around 7:40 Lowe’s asked me to leave and at this time I had no where to go, but I had somewhere to be.
