I had a 9:00 a.m. delivery going to Des Moines, and it got rejected for some odd reason. It took these guys over 24 hours to figure out a cross dock to get me unloaded. They kept sending me to JT logistics who had no idea who I was and why I was there. Very unprofessional services with these guys.
Overnight parking, receiving hours 7am-2pm. Great people and fast unload. No restroom, 8 min from Loves Truckstop.
Fast unloading 30 min Vest required for entrance Overnight parking May be Open 6:00 am
For drivers. They go by appt. The loading took an hour.
Make sure you come in from west 2 East. Divided road Room for overnight parking Easy to back into people are real nice always get unloaded pretty fast
