Just a short note to say a HUGE thank you to Jeff for helping us out on Thursday 9 July with a seat belt problem that meant unless it was fixed, the van could not be used. We explained the situation to Jeff and who promptly said bring it in and we'll have a look at it. With his experience he was able to solve it quickly. It was a major problem for us and his help was so greatly appreciated. Thanks Jeff.
The service was absolutely horrible from start to finish. The people I dealt with were consistently rude and unprofessional. Several mistakes were made, and they refused to take any accountability for them.
