I have been a customer at this branch since before Wesbanco aquired Old Line Bank. The team at Ivy Lane has been in place for a while. I get "just checking in" calls a few times a year. Not what I would get from the BIG banks. Great customer service every time. I am old school and like to go inside the building to conduct business.
Specific shoutouts: Ms. Owotemu, Ms. Giuliana (or “Juliana”), and Ms. Lorna are amazing! My mom has been a client of this branch for years now and has always received great service. Last year Ms. Owotemu and a senior bank rep (who deals with the tech?) came down to my mom’s store to set up the new card reader machines. She was so helpful and supportive.
