Staff was spectacular! They’re always in good spirits and will try everything they can to please the customers
Literal garbage. Waited in line for 10 mins and finally was next, sent them my tube, then a person who came after I sent my tube pulled in and was helped first. 20 mins later i still haven’t been able to deposit a freaking check. Cancelling my account ASAP!
No greetings no hi no nothing, and the older staff make the younger staff do everything every time. I’m in here it’s the same thing just pathetic.
Staff has been nice. This review is for Wesbanco as a company. We have had our joint account there for 11 years. In April 2024. We noticed a bunch of charges through PlayStation out of California (we are in Ohio) (Almost $400). At that same time, my husband got a text from Wesbanco saying there was fraudulent activity on our account. He called and had it "taken care of" and the lady said the money should be back in our account in 1-2 days and that we needed to go to a local branch as well.
